in dance classes, is street jazz the same thing as jazz?

i want to take street jazz, but when i go online to find street jazz dance classes only things for jazz come up…so are they the same thing?

some what, such as soft jazz, smooth jazz etc, it's not the same because it depends on what type of jazz you like. for example their is rap and their is hip hop these are both similar because the person still raps it's just do you like old school hip hop that still would rap or do you like new rap music. hope im not confusing you.
