The Sentinel: Smooth however mindless shocker in reference to N. Y.C. fashion model, who leases a house in Brooklyn, finds it's full of demons and she's to be the next protector protecting the gateway to Hell. Cast includes Cristina Raines, Ava Gardner, Chris Sarandon, Burgess Meredith, Sylvia Miles, Jose Ferrer, Arthur Kennedy, John Carradine, Christopher Walken, Eli Wallach, Jerry Orbach, Jeff Goldblum, Beverly D' Angelo, Martin Balsam, William Hickey, and Tom Berenger. The Jackpot: Un-contemporary, little comedy, uplifted by megastars. Stewart is the winner of a stereo competition although couldn�t pay the levies on the winnings. Cast includes James Stewart, Barbara Hale, James Gleason, Fred Clark, and Natalie Wood. (87 minutes, 1960)
The Proposal: Bulky soap opera set in the 1930s gives Branagh a thankless role as a minister with more ties than one might ever envision to prosperous Boston bigwig. Cast includes Kenneth Branagh, William Hurt, Madeleine Stowe, Blythe Danner, Rohert Loggia, Neil Patrick Harris, and Josef Sommer. (110 minutes, 1998)
Play Time: Hulot (Tati) drifts through an unrecognizable modern Paris of steel and glass skyscrapers. Scene and noise gags abound in this superbly created film. These assorted effects are connected by Hulot's attempt to keep a meeting. Cast includes Jacques Tali, Barbara Dennek, Jacqueline Lecomte, Valerie Camille, and Leon Doyen. (126 minutes, 1967)
Horror Express: Cracketjack terror film, ingeniously orchestrated and well performed by the genre's megastars. Turn of the century chiller has a long iced up beast coming to life when being moved from Asia to the West. Lee and Cushing are adversary anthropologists aboard the train and Savalas is a power crazed Cossack officer. Cast includes Christopher Lee, Peter Cushing, Telly Savalas, Silvia Tortosa, and Jorge Rigaud. (88 minutes, 1972)
Bullet for a Badman: Another reprisal story engaging an outlaw, his ex-spouse, and the man who married her. Cast includes Audie Murphy, Darren McGavin, Ruta Lee, Bypass Homeier, George Tobias, and Bob Steele. (80 minutes, 1964)
Strange Bedfellows: Hudson ambles through another domestic mix-up comedy, this one with spicy Gina and lots of dry humor. This movie is light amusement that was filmed in London. Cast includes Rock Hudson, Gina LolIobrigida, Gig Young, Terry Thomas, and Nancy Kulp. (98 minutes, 1965)
